Copying and re-sellling
Do not purchase any of our props, or shirts containing artwork if your
intention is to copy, recast, or resell as your own work.
Recasting our hand made props is against our policy. We keep all of or
customer information, so we WILL be able to track you down.
Our artwork is copyrighted, so please do not attempt to make copies of our
drawings and quotes.
E-mails (Complaints)
If you have concerns with the progress of your order, feel free to email us
with all of your questions. However, you are expected to respond to our
e-mails and honestly answer our questions as well. If you fail to reply, we will
not be able to assist you, or fix any problems you may be having. If you are
given a time or date to respond before we ship your item out, we can not
help you if we can't contact you.
E-mails (personal)
We enjoy receiving personal e-mails of encouragement! However, please
keep in mind that we may not get around to answering them, due to the fact
that actual orders and questions regarding our products will be of greater
priority.
Payment
For your safety, this website only accepts orders payed using PayPal. If you
wish to pay us with money orders please contact us first, and we will assist
you in making your payment. We do not accept personal checks.
Custom T-Shirt Orders
Giving us a custom order automatically gives us permission to sell the item.
If you wish to place a custom order, you are expected to pay a deposit
before we release the design for you to purchase. We will always show you
a proof of any custom artwork for your approval before it gets printed
Shirt size issues/returns
We have provided a size chart to make it easier to see how our shirts run.
The women's shirts run small like a Juniors. If you have seen our size chart,
and we give you the size you have asked for, we are not responsible for the
shirt not fitting you.
~Contact us, and you may return the shirt if it is still in new condition (no odd
smells, stretching, stains..etc.)
~If it is possible for us to do so at the time, we will offer to send you a
replacement shirt. Unless stated otherwise, you will be responsible for
paying the $5.00 shipping fee for the exchange, and any additional fee that
may apply for upgrading to a plus sized shirt.
~Unless we are to blame for the mistake, we will not offer a refund.
